This policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legally binding agreement. It does not form part of the Terms of Service, is not incorporated by reference, and does not create any contractual obligation, warranty, or enforceable commitment. If anything here conflicts with the English Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
Actual subscription status shown in the Seekin system shall prevail. In-product checkout, account, billing, and subscription screens also control over any general description on this page.
1. Declaration
Before subscribing, please make sure you have reviewed Seekin's product features and usage rules in detail.
By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the contents of this Subscription Policy prior to payment.

2. Subscription overview
Plans & pricing: Details about available subscription plans and pricing are displayed on the Seekin Pricing page. Please choose the plan that best fits your usage needs.
Credit usage: Seekin operates on a credit-based usage system. For details on how credits are consumed across different features, please refer to the Credit Usage Policy.
3. Billing Cycle
Annual Subscription
- Annual subscriptions require a one-time payment for each billing year
- Compared to monthly subscriptions, annual plans offer a discounted effective monthly rate
- At the end of each paid year, the subscription renews automatically for the next year unless you cancel before renewal
Monthly Subscription
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle
- If renewal fails (e.g. payment method issues), your account will revert to the free plan
4. Plan upgrade
Users can upgrade their subscription through the Seekin Pricing page or the subscription section in their account.
- When upgrading, any remaining subscription value may be converted or adjusted internally based on the current system rules.
- The exact upgrade result is determined by the Seekin system at the time of upgrade.
5. Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (for annual plans, the end of the paid subscription year).
- After cancellation takes effect, your account will revert to the free plan.
- Existing data will not be deleted due to cancellation.
6. Refund policy
Before making any payment, we strongly recommend that you carefully review Seekin's features, usage rules, and limitations.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Seekin provides intangible digital services, which are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Seekin does not promise refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Lack of usage
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction without system error
- Misunderstanding of product functionality
- Promotional or discounted purchases
Limited refund exceptions. Refund requests may be considered only in rare cases, such as:
Verified system malfunction directly preventing normal use.
Additional notes:
Refunds are not supported after automatic renewal of a subscription (monthly or annual).
Promotional prices are non-refundable.
Seekin reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method.
7. Policy updates
Seekin reserves the right to modify or update this Subscription Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
